Are you an Instagram innovator, a Pinterest pioneer or a Tiktok trailblazer? Then this could be the opportunity for you. We’re looking for a brilliant Head of Social Media to lead the organic content strategy across our social media channels and then execute this strategy with a small team. You’ll report to the Brand Director and be part of the brand marketing function.

We want to scale our social channels with world-class content and community management. You’ll be in charge of developing brand awareness via social media and managing all social and content initiatives across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Linkedin and Tiktok in order to drive engagement, traffic, conversion, and positive customer behaviour.

 

< class="h3">Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and team budget
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimised for user experience
  • Set up and manage ongoing reporting processes to give visibility on key social metrics using social media management and monitoring tools
  • Manage a Social Media Executive and mentor other junior members of the brand marketing team
  • Work closely with team peers to integrate and measure the value and impact of our social media marketing and influencer campaigns
  • Support on strategy for influencer work as well as liaise with influencers to handle content requests and contracts
  • Work in conjunction with our PR comms team to maximize all opportunities
  • Carry out research on current benchmark metrics, trends, and audience preferences applying this to our channels when relevant
  • Work alongside our Brand Director and paid social media agency to ensure content for ads is on brand and delivered on time

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working in a social media team at a B>C brand or marketplace handling social media channels
  • A passion for vintage, antique, and pre-owned furniture is a must
  • Social media native – deep understanding in particular of Instagram and Tiktok
  • Understands the value of ‘art and commerce’ on social and how to balance both
  • Can derive insight from data and comfortable manipulating and analysing data
  • Process orientated
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to assess requirements and collaborate on vinterior.co projects
  • Excellent team management and communication skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Have a flexible and professional attitude
  • Have exceptional organizational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven
  • Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair

  • Experience using Dash Hudson
  • Worked at a start-up
  • Experience working on paid marketing channels and campaigns with an agency or in-house team
  • Worked in a remote team
