About the role:

Firefly Health aims to bring our service to a growing number of employers in the coming years. As Firefly’s Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for driving interest and engagement with new employer prospects in our target markets. Using a multi-channel strategy (events, digital, email, partners, regional activations), you will develop a strong pipeline of leads and meetings for our sales team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is highly collaborative, working closely with sales, finance, product marketing, and product strategy. A successful candidate will be a creative self-starter, willing to take smart risks, think strategically and tactically, and maintain a positive outlook and sense of humor in the face of challenges.

You can expect to:

  • Write creative briefs that clearly communicate campaign goals
  • Assess our event calendar, picking and executing against the highest value B2B events for awareness and lead generation in partnership with our marketing operations team
  • Work closely with our media buyer to develop a targeted, high ROI media plan
  • Set KPIs and monitor metrics for key channels
  • Drive co-marketing and channel partner opportunities
  • Work with the sales team to deploy ABM tactics against our largest accounts
  • Continuously iterate and test campaigns in market, including A/B testing when appropriate
  • Work with Product Marketing to refine campaign messaging and positioning

You're a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Health care experience is a plus
  • Employer HR/benefits experience is a plus
  • Experience managing to a budget
  • Experience with marketing reporting and attribution analysis
  • Experience with B2B event activations
  • Experience with channel partner marketing
  • Strong background in digital/performance marketing
  • Experience with regional and national marketing campaign development
  • Strong background in account-based marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce a plus)
