About You:

You are looking to drive change in healthcare. As our VP of Sales, you will own the primary responsibility for new customer acquisition. You will represent VIVIO in the marketplace by establishing trusted relationships with channel partners and self-funded employers. You will have direct responsibility for initiating opportunities, presenting the VIVIO value proposition, responding to RFPs, and securing new customers. You already have a great reputation for being able to manage through complexity and challenges with the utmost integrity. You work quickly to understand the needs and preferences of the many people with whom you interact and intuitively treat each inidual as they want to be treated. Micromanagement is not the VIVIO style. We are only interested in team members that are reliable, committed, and comfortable in a remote working environment. Who You Will Be Working With:

VIVIO views sales as everyone’s responsibility. You will work closely with the following teams: Clinical and Science, Product Development, Data Analytics, Member Experience, and Customer Success. You will report directly to VIVIO’s Chief Growth Officer.

What You Will Be Doing:

• As VIVIO’s first sales professional, we are looking for an inidual to work together with the Chief Growth Officer to develop, and implement, a sales strategy.

• The VP of Sales will balance prioritizing opportunities for long-term success with short-term revenue expectations.

• You will be charged with deepening VIVIO’s existing relationships across national, regional and boutique employee benefits brokerage and consulting firms.

• You will develop a list of direct to employer prospects and develop those relationships.

• You will adapt your sales strategy, as necessary, to ensure success.

• As an innovator in the specialty drug market, VIVIO is not looking to only respond to RFPs. Instead, we are looking to partner with stakeholders that understand our model and place us in opportunities where we can add the most value.

< class="h3">Qualifications

The Experience and Characteristics You Will Need (Required):

• 10+years of professional experience, including 5+ of direct employee benefits or pharmacy benefit sales experience with self-funded employers or health plans.

• Impeccable presentation and communication skills.

• Working experience in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

• Strong aptitude for complex products and solutions.

• Mission-driven, highly motivated to drive impact in healthcare.

• Highly empathetic.

• Genuine interest in helping others.

• Travel as needed.

The Experience We Prefer:

• Working knowledge of pharmacy benefits, PBMs, and specialty drugs.

• Pharmacy degree and accreditation.

• Technical acumen required to work with data.

• Experience in entrepreneurial environments.
