Our Consultants work closely with our client partners within our augmentation team, bringing their wide range of expertise and consulting acumen to the business. They like the variety of work consulting brings them, exposing them to a wide variety of business domains and industries. You don't just do – you teach. Your knowledge is bridging a gap in the business you are working for.

Being a consultant means that you will develop your commercial experience and confidence to consult with the client beyond the focus on delivery. It’s about being strategic and opportunistic in your approach.

Requirements

< class="h3">Who you are
  • A mixture of creative and technical skills
  • 5+ years experience working as a UX Researcher or similar role
  • Excellent team-working skills
  • Verbal communication skills, as you present your research findings and the reasons behind your design decisions
  • Creativity and innovation, to come up with new ideas
  • Enthusiasm for design and technology
  • The ability to use Figma, Miro, Figjam
  • Experience in IA research utilising user interviews, card sorting and tree jacking

 

< class="h3">What you’ll do
  • Review, plan, design and investigate the audiences for websites and assist in creating user journeys to inform the good experiences in services, content and design
  • Contribute or lead interviews and research activities to inform best practice
  • Support or lead conversations on IA, wire-framing and user experience
  • Meet clients to gather information about their requirements and to find out what needs researching, designing or usability testing
  • Understand qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Put users at the centre of a design to make it simple, easy to use and good looking
  • Be confident in your presentation skills in order to present the stages of the design development to business users
  • Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including, stakeholders, designers and programmers
