As our first Partnerships hire, you will work closely with our co-founders to drive, develop, and acquire new business for our growing portfolio of partnerships.    If you love scaling partnerships from 0 to 1 and are passionate about bringing equity and transparency to compensation, we’d love to have you join our rocketship 🚀   Who you are   🤝 You are a builder and collaborator who thrives in fast-paced learning environments 🤝 You are unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions 🤝 You have 3+ years of experience in consulting, sales, and/or business development 🤝 You have extensive experience building strategic partnerships and creating effective marketing collateral  🤝 You have the energy, enthusiasm, and people skills to build strong relationships  🤝 You take a data-driven and results-oriented approach to business development 🤝 You have the unique ability to think fast, problem-solve, and build a strong business case 🤝 You operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment   What you will do    🤝 Identify and prioritize new partners who can meet Agora’s objectives and vision 🤝 Create marketing collateral and presentations for business development initiatives 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives and campaigns 🤝 Develop a broader business development strategy, including sourcing, pitching, and negotiating new strategic deals 🤝 Create partnership proposals, define partnership requirements, and develop value propositions 🤝 Help negotiate commercial terms and drive contractual agreements in coordination with legal counsel  🤝 Own the process of partnership onboarding, including build-out, documentation, and execution 🤝 Close larger sales deals, including documentation creation, pitches, and contract negotiation   If you are someone who enjoys wearing many hats and wants to use your expertise to drive meaningful impact and scale our company’s business functions, we’d love to hear from you.
