Schools are being overwhelmed by a student mental health crisis

1 in 5 children in the U.S. has a mental health condition, but more than half don't get treatment. Families are waiting 3 to 6 months or longer to see a provider - and that's if they even can find one who takes insurance.

Schools are on the frontlines of this crisis. Students facing mental health challenges miss 10 extra days of school per year, and up to 1 in 3 drop out in high school. Schools are struggling to meet the volume of need, recruit enough mental health professionals, and address burnout among educators and staff.

Cartwheel is a fast-growing, mission-driven health care provider tackling the student mental health crisis

At Cartwheel, we believe every student with a mental health need deserves timely, affordable, and evidence-based support. We partner directly with school districts to provide telehealth-based mental health care for students and families, plus consultations, workshops, and other mental health programming for the broader school community.

We're looking for team-oriented and mission-driven Therapists to join our amazing care team

As a Therapist, you'll work directly with school staff, students, and families in our partner school districts to build stronger systems of mental health support.
