Creative Producer Marketing at INDG

The creative producer takes full responsibility of planning and executing marketing campaigns that build awareness for INDG and that drive leads. This includes coming up with ideas for these campaigns, but also gathering the content for them from the stockpile that INDG accumulates every day.

 

You will ensure INDG continues to build on its position as an innovative global player with the mission to make every product playable. By combining our innovative technologies with outstanding creativity, we lead the way in creating solutions for brands to present their products across all digital platforms.

 

The ideal candidate is both a creative and master of organization, as this role will work on multiple projects - and partner with various creatives, internal and external – concurrently. We’re looking for someone who can create compelling and effective work. Outstanding visual quality is important to us, which means the creative producer cares about everything the outside world sees of us. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail, the ability to collaborate with and accommodate multiple stakeholders.

What will you be doing? 

  • Creating and implementing the global marketing strategy for INDG, including: campaigns, website, social media, events, blogs, newsletters and employer branding.
  • Analyzing the performance of each campaign and draw conclusions on how to improve.
  • Managing the content calendar and ensuring a steady stream of publications.
  • Ensure all marketing projects meet their deadlines, KPIs and budget targets.
  • Enforce the tone of voice and quality of all visuals, consistently.
  • Coordinating all marketing activities on a strategic level and guiding team members.
  • Developing and maintaining a clear tone of voice and visual appearance.
  • Keeping up with best practices and trends in digital production
  • Facilitating creative brainstorming sessions and helping map out the direction of production strategies to improve our/our clients’ online presence
  • Be passionate and stay up to speed with industry trends
  • International experience in a digital/software environment
  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • At least 1 year of practical experience in setting up and running campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and basic Adobe Suite
  • Solid knowledge on marketing across a variety of social channels
  • Proactive and solution oriented in approach
  • Fluent in English

 

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in the software / SaaS industry or B2B marketing.
  • Experience within a professional environment that works with 3D/CGI.
