We are a digital identity company that believes in a future where customers can perform any transaction without friction. We enable banks, fintech, retailers, marketplaces, healthcare systems, and many others to provide more secure and delightful experiences to their customers.   We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager EMEA, who will develop and execute all the marketing activities for the region reporting to the Sr. Director of EMEA/APAC. The candidate will be expected to build and execute a regional marketing plan to drive leads, sales pipeline and support our local revenue objectives in the EMEA region.    She/he will be responsible for regional campaigns and events for B2C and B2B enterprise audiences, creating and implementing localized marketing programs to drive awareness and demand generation growth. To do so, you'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from sales, HQ marketing, demand generation, and external PR firms.

< class="h3">Responsibilities
  • Organize and run physical and digital events across the EMEA region, such as tradeshows, webinars, and seminars – collaborating with local sales teams to showcase Incode to end-users, prospects, customers and media;
  • Deliver marketing campaigns and programs that drive lead generation, pipeline and revenue to support sales objectives;
  • Create and own a regional marketing plan for EMEA; and
  • Manage localized cross-sell and upsell marketing campaigns to drive customer retention, acquisition and growth.

< class="h3">Requirements
  • 5+ years in enterprise IT marketing with experience in multiple marketing disciplines, including customer-facing events, digital and email campaigns;
  • Experience building marketing programs across the EMEA region;
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering leads and driving pipeline generation to support sales revenue targets in the UK and Europe;
  • Well versed in marketing KPI reporting and tracking marketing program success;
  • Solid writing skills and the ability to manage localization projects (i.e., website and content translation for France, Germany and other countries as needed);
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in salesforce and familiarity with basic marketing automation tools;
  • A proven self-starter, with ability to work remotely or as part of team;
  • Ability to traveling to events across the EMEA region as needed;
  • Collaborative attitude and creative skillset; and
  • Experience marketing cyber security or identity management solutions a plus.
