Title: Graphic Content Designer II

How will this role have an impact?

As a member of Signify Health’s Creative Services team, you will support the company’s brand through the design and creative execution of multi-channel marketing and educational solutions.

This role will help produce digital and print material for Signify Health to help drive awareness and preference for Signify Health’s offerings among priority audiences – health plan payers, providers, community organizations and iniduals/patients, as well as the company’s internal team members. The opportunity is ideal for a creative and versatile designer who is passionate about improving healthcare delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who designs well for multiple audiences and across various channels. This position reports to the Creative Services Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an inidual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.

  • Create professional, high-quality digital and traditional marketing materials (collateral, direct mail, website, PowerPoint, social, corporate signage and corporate identity)
  • Ensure the brand is maintained and adheres to guidelines in all design projects while ensuring creative product has sophistication and edge to set us apart
  • Create and update files and documents in Google Suite (e.g., Google Docs, Google Slides) and Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Create visual elements such as icons, images and illustrations
  • Work independently and with a team, serving as a resource for Graphic Designer I roles
  • Assist with the editing/publishing of content materials; conduct review for grammar/spelling errors, document formatting, and make suggestions for improving clarity
  • Execute daily/weekly creative requests
  • Stay up-to-date with design best practices

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Superb design talent with the ability to develop new graphics and creative concepts with or without prescriptive direction and feedback
  • The ability to think creatively to integrate problem-solving and structured thinking
  • Ability to identify priorities, track progress and multi-task effectively, while demonstrate exemplary customer service skills with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in Graphic Design,
  • Communication Design, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 2-4 years of graphic design experience
  • Expertise and competency using Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
  • Experience designing in Microsoft Word/PowerPoint and Google Docs/Slides
  • A portfolio is required and should include a variety of design projects (logos, original illustrations, social graphics, photography editing/retouching, collateral design, printing, and video/animation examples)
  • Video editing, motion animation, Figma, or HTML & CSS coding experience a plus

The base salary hiring range for this position is $46,400 to $79,300. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
