To support Five Lives launch in the UK and in other European countries, we are looking for a digital communication superstar who can be both proactive and creative.

About Five Lives

Five Lives is a well-funded Digital Therapeutics (DTx) start-up with the mission to “Add life to years”, helping people live a longer healthier life. We are an international and erse team of 25, mostly based in the UK and France. We build DTx solutions in close collaboration with our world-leading clinical partners to help users prevent and manage Central Nervous System (CNS) conditions. Our first product is a mobile app that empowers 50+-year-old users to track their brain health via clinically-validated risk assessment and to reduce their inidual risk of future dementia through lifestyle improvement. We believe that strong consumer engagement combined with the integration of state-of-the-art clinical science are the key to brain health for the millions of people at risk.

The role

We’re looking to expand our marketing team with a new position of Digital Communication Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Growth. You’ll lead our communication strategy and support the wider content production project. You will be joining at an exciting time as our product is being officially launched in the coming months.

You will work closely with the whole organisation (Leadership, Tech, Design, Science and Data teams) to build and deliver engaging & creative storytelling that people love:

 

  • Build the social media strategy following the existing Brand strategy and set KPIs
  • Create and grow a social media community using the approved social media platforms and own the posting schedule, content creation, content curation
  • Animate and engage the community on organic social media platforms, paid ads and early adopters community
  • Support the wider content production project (videos, podcasts, blogs) for both the app and the website
  • Support the PR efforts and work with influencers
  • Support the website updates (CMS)

Requirements

The role is fully remote with the majority of the team based in the UK and France. We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Creative and can bring ideas to life in no time
  • Rigorous and Organized
  • Proactive & curious
  • Hands on – can use editing tools/apps, daily social posting and community management
  • Collaborative: can curate content and ideas from other team members and from the community
  • Expert in using Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn
  • Project management experience
  • Editing skills (video/audio) is a plus
  • Experience using a CMS website is a plus
  • You are a strong team player with a high level of self-awareness, and you can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. You are able to work with tight deadlines and minimal daily supervision across a large variety of tasks.

  • Passionate about digital health and making an impact
  • You are fluent in English, with impeccable communication skills. Another language is a plus (French, German)
  • You are based within +/- 2 hours of CET/GMT time zones.
