We are a young marketing agency, based in Alpharetta, GA with 80 team members (most under the age of 30).

We have tons of leads coming in asking to hire us for our marketing services.

Your main duty will be filtering the leads, qualifying them, and then setting up appointments for our Closers. This will help make them more efficient.

For the interview process, you will be meeting with your direct department heads to evaluate your character and see if you are a good fit.

After that, you will be meeting with our CEO. He held the #1 sales position in multiple large companies before starting his own. He will only accept the best.

This is a FULL TIME & REMOTE position.

Objectives of this Role

  • With the primary responsibility of bringing in new business, you will be graded on the number of new appointments you set that actually convert to a close. (Commission bonus based on your leads closing + Salary)
  • Our goal is to expand this department and eventually allow you to become a Closer as you get more comfortable.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Manage a CRM and database of potential customers
  • Contact new leads that came in
  • Contact old leads that have not been contacted recently and are qualified
  • Coordinate with your Closer to ensure alignment
  • Utilize your marketing team to be able to get more calls booked on your calendar
  • Book. More. Appointments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in sales
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in CRMs and calendar software
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
