DIA is a leading cross-chain data and oracle platform, specializing in the sourcing and delivery of customizable data feeds both on-chain and off-chain. Founded in 2018, DIA has a distinct and proven reputation for the delivery of oracles across 50+ blockchains, and for more than 100+ dApps. DIA’s current oracle product suite comprises cryptocurrency token price feeds, verifiable randomness, RWA price feeds, and on-chain proof of reserve.

Responsibilities

As the Business Development Manager, you are the key driver of DIA’s expansion by identifying and developing partnerships which lead to the integration of DIA oracles into decentralized applications (dApps). Such types of applications include lending and borrowing protocols, stablecoins, perpetual dexes, GameFi, and more.

Additionally, you will be the main point of contact for DIA’s existing partnerships and relationships with dApps and blockchain foundations.

You’re executing our strategy to identify and validate the full potential of DIA oracles across the DeFi and cryptocurrency landscape, developing ecosystem connections and taking ownership over the successful development of partner and client relationships.

Day-to-day responsibilities will contain various tasks along the business development process.

Role

  • Develop and implement outbound partnership strategies for existing/new products and services.
  • Serve as DIA’s partner liaison, growing relationships and supporting the needs of relevant business partners and clients hands on.
  • Follow and research web3 market developments in order to identify new verticals, trends and opportunities early on.
  • Understand client and partner needs and derive input for product development.
  • Set measurable targets and be accountable for your own performance.
  • Collaborate and communicate closely with marketing, product, tech and data science.
  • Contribute to defining the business development roadmap, by improving our strategy, positioning, and offerings.
  • Represent the business development team both internally to leadership and externally to clients and community. Including attending events and blockchain conferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Crypto / DeFi native business development experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the DeFi landscape and emerging trends.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and data driven product decision-making mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can learn new technologies quickly and understand a wide variety of technical challenges.
  • Capable of working autonomously and effectively across different time zones.
  • A self-starter, who is extremely passionate about the cryptocurrency landscape, with a strength in interpersonal communication and a personality that is well suited for a BD / Sales role.
