We are a fast-growing and fast-moving software technology company that is working on various projects and constantly thinking about new business models possible to apply out there in reality.

Now we are looking for a Technical Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our strategic and prospective Partners and who will also support our PMO with managing some projects.

Your responsibilities:

  • Development and maintenance of strong and trustworthy relationships with important clients/partners
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Support managing projects in delivering on time as a member of PMO
  • Processes optimization, creating and maintaining documentation
  • Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Project settlement & close cooperation with Financial Team
  • Supporting Sales Team in the document preparation process

What we expect

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position in an IT/tech company
  • Experience in building & maintaining long-term relationships with partners
  • Experience in servicing B2B clients (various sizes of companies, including corporate clients)
  • Being fluent in English & Polish (both writing and speaking),
  • Goal-oriented & proactive person
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
