GRID is recruiting a Senior Account Manager who will own various high-level relationships within the esports sector and be a crucial part of partner success and B2C visibility.

As a member of the accounts team, you will be overlooking an array of commercial relationships and help to build a successful portfolio of customers. You will be expected to manage valuable accounts that are integral to GRID’s commercial business that deliver revenue into the business.

You’ll also have responsibility to source, build and nurture relationships within the esports sector that will build revenue and retention for GRID. You’ll be in an exciting position where you’ll be able to deliver success and be creative together with partners.

< class="h3">What you will do 
  • Be responsible for relationships with various large scale brands that are paying customers of GRID products

  • Own, nurture and develop said relationships in order to build more opportunity and revenue for the business

  • Use intuition to build new areas of the business with pre-existing partners

  • Work closely with GRID’s other Account Managers in order to build and maintain unified process

  • Report the performance of your partnerships into the wider business

  • Seek new partners that would be a good fit for GRID products from a marketing perspective

  • Create sales pitches and opportunities together with the Head of Accounts Management

  • Distribute operational tasks towards other departments via GRID’s processes

  • Extensive experience in managing relationships in the esports sector

  • Capable of scaling long term relationships and creating upsell opportunities

  • Experienced with negotiating directly with customers

  • Communication is your fortray. Communicating the right way and maintaining alignment with partners will be critical to the job
