We’re a small, hands-on design team of two, seeking a creative partner (freelancer or small agency) to collaborate with us on revamping and refining our existing brand identity. This project isn’t about starting from scratch—it’s about evolving what we already have into a more cohesive and scalable system that reflects our brand’s growth and future ambitions.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration and can bring fresh ideas to build upon our foundation with a practical, thoughtful approach. If you’re experienced in refining brand systems and crafting flexible design assets, we’d love to connect.
This project requires a creative inidual (freelancer or small agency) with a strong understanding of brand consistency, modular design systems, and scalable asset libraries.
Project Overview:
Review Current Brand Identity: Conduct a design audit of our existing brand assets and deliver a report highlighting areas for improvement (a preliminary audit, competitive benchmarking, and font research are already in place).
Revitalize Our Logo: Refine our logo to be more adaptable across various backgrounds and color applications.
Develop a Modular Pattern System: Design a versatile system of shape patterns for use across social media, presentations, and deck covers.
Integrate Open-Source Typography: Find a geometric open-source font for the brand from a shortlist we’ve already developed, or a new one ensuring it complements our brand’s identity for website and marketing materials.
Refine Our Color Library: Adapt our current colors to include a more neutral, flexible palette suitable for basic website and asset applications.
Expand Our Data Visualization Palette: Build on our existing colors to create a cohesive system for data visualizations, including rules for combining colors across decks and other materials.
Recommend an Illustration Library: Source an online illustration library for us to purchase, with the flexibility for monthly or one-off additions.
Update Our Brand Book: Compile all updates, guidelines, and best practices into our brand book, creating a resource for internal and external collaborators.
Develop a Moodboard for Internal Presentation: Create a mento moodboard to introduce the brand facelift concept to our Management Team before implementation, and a set of assets for social media post-implementation.
Notes: All illustrations should be stored in a central depository for easy access or through a web platform. Deliverables, patterns, and the brand book should be created in Figma.
Candidate Requirements: We’re looking for someone who has experience working with digital brands to improve consistency, has built scalable asset libraries, and can create modular systems for assets.
Collaboration & Communication: We use Slack for chats, meetings and reviews of deliverables.
Project Flow: After initial meetings, we’ll finalize the collaboration approach, set deadlines, and outline more detailed briefs.
If you’re passionate about branding and have a portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design work, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s discuss how we can work together to bring our brand to the next level.

Our focus on first-time fund managers
Allocator One's focus on first-time fund managers is driven by a simple yet compelling fact: historically, top-performing funds with assets under $50 million, led by emerging managers, have delivered returns that are more than 3 times higher over a 10-year horizon compared to their peers of larger fund sizes. Furthermore, the fund vintages of 2023/2024 in our pipeline are poised to enjoy an additional boost in returns. Venture capital funds that originate during economic recessions have consistently achieved returns that are 15%-30% higher compared to those raised in the preceding years, across various performance percentiles.

Hi, this is Arpana, one of the founding members of Fresh Prints. In December 2016, I came across a job post on Naukri from Jacob Goodman, one of the co-owners of Fresh Prints. They were looking for someone to lead their Operations team in India. The post had already been taken down, but I decided to send Jacob an email anyway. To my surprise, he replied, and soon I found myself stepping into what would be a life-changing opportunity.
During the interview process, it became clear just how new everything was. There was no office, no payroll system, no established infrastructure at all. But what struck me was Jacob and Josh’s unwavering belief in the vision they had for Fresh Prints.
They didn’t have all the answers, but their passion was contagious, and I knew I wanted to be part of building something from the ground up.
So, I jumped in. I found an office, figured out payroll, and brought in my childhood best friend to help get things off the ground. There were so many unknowns in those early days, but that’s exactly what made it so exciting.
I had the chance to wear multiple hats, solve problems on the fly, and help build something tangible. What started as a team of two quickly grew, and over the next few years, we scaled operations across Finance, Tech, and Marketing.
As the first employee of Fresh Prints India, I’ve been lucky enough to help shape this company from its earliest stages. After a short break to have my daughter, I returned to lead HR and recruiting. We’ve gone from a scrappy startup to a team of 400+ people across three countries. But the truth is, even with all that growth, we know it’s still day 1.
One of the things I’m most proud of is how we made it through COVID-19 together. I still remember March 15, 2020—Josh, our co-owner and CEO, sent an email to everyone announcing that the office was shutting down indefinitely. Just like so many people around the world, we were suddenly isolated from the routines and connections we relied on. We were nervous and found ourselves staring down a financial cliff.
In a matter of weeks, we went from million-dollar months to zero revenue. All universities closed. All events stopped.
But we’d been planning for the worst for years. From day 1 we knew we’d have to make our balance sheet a strength. We figured negative events were inevitable and our stress test was to always make sure we could operate for at least year of 0 revenue without making layoffs. When Covid hit, we were scared, but felt prepared.
And as we struggled to adapt, something unexpected happened—we pivoted. As PPE demand soared, we initially hesitated, but then realized this was exactly what the world needed. Shifting from tees to PPE wasn’t just a business decision; it was about showing up in a way that mattered. The entire team rallied behind the idea, and our adaptability and speed helped us keep going.
While so many companies were just trying to survive, Fresh Prints not only made it but even grew. It wasn’t easy, but this experience showed me how deeply committed we are to each other and our mission. The grit and determination we built in those tough times, that willingness to adapt and keep each other steady—it's what defines us today.
The opportunities that were available to me when I joined as the first employee are still here today! In fact, they’re bigger now than ever. We’re at an exciting point in our journey, and we’re looking for people who want to have a massive impact on the next chapter of this story.
If you’re someone who sees opportunity and isn’t afraid to chase it, this is the role for you. We’re looking for someone with the entrepreneurial drive to take ownership, challenge the norm, and help us build something that lasts. Fresh Prints is a place where there are no limits. If you’re someone who likes running at challenges head on, this is the role for you. If you’re looking for a clear set of instructions, this role isn’t.
If our story resonates, we want to hear from you!
Here’s more about the role:
Set quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for your team
Create and implement strategic programs that improve the art team's efficiency, influence, and productivity

We are a fast-growing health care technology company coming out of stealth in the next few months, and preparing a full website release plan to replace our current landing page.
You will work directly with the Founder/CEO of the Company on the content planning and design. We have a good starting sense of the sitemap (which will likely remain no more than 5 pages), key components for each, and reference sites/competitors to review - and look forward to partnering with someone with great design instincts and craftsmanship to turn these basic requirements into an effective web presence.
The primary purpose of the website will be to brand strength and business development within our target markets. And while we are not currently a B2C company, given how much we have put into the development of our platform and company at large the past years, we should now have a worthy/compelling website to match.
Additional Notes: Location agnostic and you can use your design tool of choice (engineering handoff format preferences will be specified at start of design development); all standard form factor versioning (desktop/mobile etc) applies.
