We created our company in April 2024 and spent months building V1 of our product with some of the largest Enterprise brands in the world. They love our product, and now we’re shifting into hyper-growth with a small, elite team.

2024 was about proving value. 2025 is about scaling it.

You.

Sales is how we turn Conveo into an unstoppable force in the industry, and we need a driven, ambitious Junior Sales Executive to help us get there.

We are looking for someone who is early in their sales career but hungry to make an impact. You don’t need years of experience—you need a fire to learn, hustle, and drive real revenue growth. Ideally, you have some background in research or insights-driven industries, and a network that can help you get started quickly.

The Role:

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll be in the trenches, working directly with our founders to execute our sales strategy and close deals. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into paying customers. This is an opportunity to gain real-world experience in B2B SaaS sales while being part of a hyper-growth startup.

Your Mission:

1. Drive Revenue & Build Pipeline

* Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers.

* Execute outbound sales efforts via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
* Manage inbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

2. Close Deals & Build Relationships

* Conduct product demos and communicate Conveo’s value proposition.

* Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
* Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.

3. Become a Market Expert

* Understand customer pain points and how Conveo solves them.

* Stay up to date with market research industry trends and competitors.

4. Work Closely with Founders & Marketing

* Provide feedback on customer needs to inform product development.

* Collaborate with marketing to improve outreach and conversion strategies.

What You Bring:

* 3-15 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (or an extremely strong willingness to learn and hustle).

* A strong background or network in market research, insights, or consulting is a huge plus.
* High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win.
* Strong communication skills—you know how to listen, articulate ideas, and build relationships.
* A problem-solver’s mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating solutions.
* Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
* A team player attitude—collaborative, adaptable, and eager to contribute.
