Aigent is seeking an ambitious and determined Remote Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. Our Artificial Intelligence platform provides real-time, content-based guidance to call center agents, supporting call centers in the financial services, fintech, insurance, insurtech, and healthtech verticals.

 

As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for our sales team. The SDR will be the first point of contact for new business, will develop relationships with prospects, and will work with key stakeholders to develop strategies and tactics in order to create demand to hit targets. This position will be on our US-based team and will report to the Director of Sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and qualify quality leads for the Sales team

  • Identify prospective customer pain & needs, understand business processes, determine requirements, and ascertain potential solutions

  • Implement email campaigns, sales pitches, LinkedIn and other outreach to improve lead generation

  • Use lead generation tools to accomplish goals and efficiently capture team activity in the database

  • Engage, nurture and convert leads into qualified opportunities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies 

  • Set up meetings or calls to introduce our solution 

  • Accomplish meaningful metrics and reports to measure productivity and quota attainment

  • Stay up to date with new offerings and new pricing/payment plans

  • Suggest ways to improve sales processes and product offerings

  • Other duties to support the sales team

Qualifications:

  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Exceptional level of drive and passion for results
  • Willingness to learn new skills and build a career in sales
  • Experience with Google Workspace 
  • Experience with use of customer relationship management databases (CRMs) such as Salesforce
  • Prior sales experience
  • BS/BA degree
