You’ll be leading the charge of the recruiting effort at one of the most cutting-edge companies, with incredible growth, in the industry. You will be responsible for owning the talent sourcing, screening, and final onboarding of the talent acquisition process.   Job Description 1. Assist in hiring and building an international team from 25 to 90 in 2022. 2. Assist in developing a company values statement to attract candidates. 3. Create job descriptions in consultation with hiring managers. 4. Advertise job postings on LinkedIn, Upwork, Indeed, and other sources. 5. Interview and screen candidates (technical and non-technical). 6. Prioritize, rank, and provide recommendations on hires with the executive team. 7. Negotiate with candidates on compensation packages for candidates 8. Assist Controller with background checks and onboarding. 9. Assist in developing a strong company culture.   Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is required from a top school. 2. 5+ years of blockchain or technical recruiting experience. 3. Familiarity with US employment law and regulations, and best practices. 4. High-efficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter tools, and Lever ATP system. 5. Able to effectively pre-screen candidates based on experiences, values, and potential culture fit.
