Title: Account Manager, Customer Success

The ideal Account Manager, Customer Success candidate is a hybrid between a project manager and a customer success. This is an opportunity to serve as the liaison between Creative Directors and clients in a way that fosters long-term partnerships and success. Job duties include managing projects from kick-off to launch, ensuring that the team is meeting critical deadlines for on-time completion. You will manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously while providing quality of deliverables, tracking project status and timing, identifying bottlenecks, scheduling key reviews, and enabling smooth workflow.

Designity is a subscription based virtual creative platform that is disrupting traditional advertising agencies, creative recruitment firms, and traditional in-house creative teams with tech, innovation, and new ways of seamless collaboration.

Designity has a vetted network of US-based creatives led by Creative Directors who collaborate to support mid to large size businesses with their design and marketing needs. Hundreds of brands like Oracle, Audible, Marriott International, Pfizer, Calendly, and Kung Fu Tea have already benefited from Designity’s unique model.

While we still operate like a startup (it can get messy at times) we are in full scale up mode. We’ve been doubling our revenue year after year for the past five years, and 2022 will be our biggest year yet thanks to new blockchain and VR technologies that we are integrating into our model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

  • Managing client’s timeline and project’s pipeline along with our Creative Directors, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality.
  • Monitoring the quality of the delivered creatives to make sure they are aligned with the established timeline and expectations.
  • Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality.
  • Track planned vs actual key milestones and continuously re-evaluate workflows and processes for efficiencies.

Customer Success

  • Assist in onboarding clients and setting expectations correctly to set them up for success.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to ensure they are set up for success and satisfied with their services
  • Build client relationships throughout the entire lifecycle – beginning at client sign-up
  • Analyzing client success metrics to reduce churn.
  • Facilitate communication between client, creative directors and internal team to preemptively solve problems.
  • Continuously communicate the value of Designity services in a way that allows for passive up-selling and cross-selling
  • Complete regular check-ins with clients to determine their needs and collect feedback

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have at least 5-7 years of experience working with creative teams in an agency environment.
  • Your time management and project management skills are excellent with a keen attention to detail.
  • You have the ability to organize information quickly and at a high level to address potential roadblocks and are solutions-minded and flexible.
  • You have the ability to solve problems with confidence and diplomacy.
  • You are an inventive and enthusiastic problem-solver, at ease working in a dynamic, complex organization.
