We are looking for a teammate we can count on to:

Lead the end-to-end design process of major features, and the redesign of existing features based on customer feedback
\

*

Collaborate closely with engineers and founders to prioritize, scope, design, ship, and iterate on our suite of products
\

*

Be shockingly efficient and results-driven to deliver v0 and v1 quickly and iterating

Own the design function by proactively identifying key areas of design investment
\

*

Participate in customer success conversations and lead user research

Play a key role in building our design org

Relevant Experience:

5+ years of relevant design experience at a product and design driven company
\

*

Experience designing and shipping products, ideally in the B2B/SaaS space
\

*

Have an exceptional portfolio that demonstrates strong product and visual design sensibilities, highlighting care given to user journeys and interaction details
\

*

Mastery of at least one  design tool (we use Figma at Searchlight)

But the way that companies hire hasn’t changed in decades, and recruiting as a core business function has been largely left behind by technology innovations in other functions like sales, customer success, marketing, etc. Job descriptions are still written in silo-ed documents, recruiting metrics end at time-to-fill instead of quality-of-hire, and we have a devastating ersity problem.
