THE ROLE

We are looking for someone that has a big heart for mentorship and fostering creative team member growth while keeping the team resourced and on task. Reporting to Creative Group Leadership, this role will help to enable our incredibly creative staff to do their best work. We need an organizational guru who understands time allocation, scoping, and what it takes to support the day-to-day needs of our creative team members while working alongside our production and agency partners. This is not a client-facing role, but rather one of our most important internal roles within the Creative Group to ensure best-in-class process, communication, and agency experience for our team.

We work with corporate brands, nonprofits and associations to tell their stories by transforming existing mediums into experiences that build lasting connections. We use the power of strategy based experiential storytelling to partner with brands boldly seeking to change perceptions, actions and beliefs. We prefer to push boundaries with our creative and innovate beyond the industry expected, while offering a fluid project management process. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand agency-wide projects from a high level and work with creative leads to ensure projects are staffed and resourced effectively
  • Serve as a leader and mentor facilitating check-ins with creative team members to ensure they are set up for success within their role
  • Collaborate and communicate with project teams and managers on a daily basis, working together to move projects across the finish line.
  • Identify areas of growth within process and organization management and come to the table with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Support Creative Group Leadership with scoping and creative problem solving for project work as well as agency-wide initiatives
  • Help identify programmatic approaches to support in creating best creative culture

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience as well as proven experience mentoring team members
  • Self starter who can navigate and manage workflow of self and others with a strong sense of planning and prioritization
  • Familiarity and experience working with CRM/OS’s that support project, task and data management
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, and Acrobat
  • Strong foundational knowledge of design, branding, and experiential marketing; experience working in an agency or with an in-house creative team preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organized and efficient
  • Collaborative and self-motivated with a seriously positive attitude
  • Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities or timelines
  • Show enthusiasm about learning, teaching, and working with a variety of team structures and agency work
