We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish. In this role, you will help identify, attract and assess candidates for the firm’s internal hiring needs. Responsibilities include posting job ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. Ultimately, you’ll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles.

Tasks

  • Serve as a primary point of contact and manage communication with current and potential offerors, as well as the general public
  • Provide administrative support from preparing and posting job requisitions, to collecting and reviewing offer materials
  • Identify qualified recruitment sources, networking leads, job fairs, conferences, and advertising resources to attract and further expand the recruitment network.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks related to recruiting human resources including maintaining files, answering contract questions for candidates, and reporting.
  • Participate in public outreach efforts and external recruiting events
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Identify qualified recruitment sources, networking leads, job fairs, conferences, and advertising resources to attract and further expand the recruitment network.
  • Support with payroll, pension & benefits administration, promotions, and salary increases.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven work experience in Recruiting, HR or Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree, working toward a degree or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • A strong interest in recruiting, bonus for interest in crypto or fintech
  • Outstanding organizational skills (time management, prioritizing work)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused team player with a can-do attitude
  • Flexible and innovative in a fast-paced, growth-oriented and time-sensitive environment
  • Fluent English language skills, German is a plus.
