About the Role

As the Media Lead you are a subject matter expert and specialist that has a passion for the multicultural space and driving innovation and optimization across multiple channels. You are focused on targeting and attracting key consumer segments with effective media plans and programs to support AT&T Fiber growth.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and execute innovative multicultural media strategies and programs for AT&T Fiber.
  • Day-to-day contact with Media Agency to ensure delivery of recommendations that meet business objectives.
  • Utilize effective data and insights (first and third party), for plan development, optimization, and innovation.
  • Develop and fine-tune strategic allocation of media resources across all media channels.
  • Ongoing, updates and maintains budgets and media flowcharts to address changing business needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of media environment and trends and their potential impact to AT&T to inform action or strategic shifts.
  • Liaise with internal teams to develop highly targeted campaigns and plans that align with brand and business goals.
  • Manage communication process, analysis of, and presentations related to media and sponsorship efforts including for ad hoc requests

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of marketing/advertising experience (Agency experience preferred)
  • Experience in Diversity Media Strategy & Planning
  • Skilled at preparing media briefs and ensuring plans and execution meet objectives and strategies
  • Proven track record in managing large media budgets and hitting monthly acquisition and retention goals, and other key performance metrics
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry and terminology
  • Bachelors or Advanced degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
