The Customer Success Advocate works in our call center, the CIC (Commercial Insurance Center), and is an expert for every business owner that comes through our platform. There are thousands of different kinds of businesses, all with different risks! The core responsibility of this role is to help each customer figure out how to categorize their business, guide them through our process, and then use our technology to connect them with the best possible agent to match their business needs.WHAT YOU’LL DOAnswer inbound calls and make outbound calls while utilizing our software to create the perfect match, every single time!Consistently deliver excellent customer service.Adapt to new processes and technologies as they are developed and deployed. Communicate and multitask effectively. Contribute to a high energy, positive environment.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSStrong communication and multitasking skillsCoachable attitude with a passion for learningAbility to drive and carry a conversationProactive approach to problem solvingComfortable working with CRM tools, Google Apps, Microsoft OfficeSome experience in Customer Service preferred, but not requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentBonus Qualifications: Familiarity or experience in the insurance industry. When working remotely, you must have a reliable connection (30 mbps download, 10 mbps upload). Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the state of Ohio.Remote Culture.
