What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated ability to define a product vision and strategy to realize it
  • 6+ years experience working with enterprise-level customers in both customer support and success roles as well as a market researcher or working with SaaS deployments in enterprise environments
  • 5+ years prior experience working with the full SaaS Product Management lifecycle (from idea to launch to scaling and later sunsetting a product) tools and techniques
  • 3+ years experience managing people, ideally product managers, designers and/or engineers

  • Familiarity with competitive analysis and benchmarking techniques
  • Willing to roll your sleeves up to keep releases on schedule
  • Strong release management experience using a ‘working in an Agile product development’ process
  • Strong product UX design abilities
  • Ability to understand the product implications of technical architecture and implementation decisions

Bonus Points For:

  • Domain expertise in big data analytics and cloud architectures, API or data integration, or data science/machine learning enterprise SaaS and/or data security product line experience
  • Experience in both startup and enterprise product management
  • Prior experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture or software engineering
