What do we do in our App Insights & Integration team?

As Go1 continues to scale, the company is investing in solutions & integrations that make it easy for the learners to consume the Go1 content from the channels of their choice.

The App Insights & Integration team drives these capabilities by making it easy for anyone to be able to connect their preferred business systems to the Go1 platform - by making the developer toolkits to develop and launch apps to the Go1 platform, combined with engaging app discovery and activation experiences for our customers.

This enables our customers to learn in the flow of work, improving the engagement with Go1 learning and creating opportunities for curiosity and discovery of new and expanded skills and knowledge.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced and curious Product Manager - who will drive the design and development of the next generation of learning ecosystem to enable our technology partners across the world to provide a best-in-class Go1 experience. The ideal candidate enjoys solving hard problems and is comfortable balancing business needs against technical

Requirements

Strategy

  • Develops and owning, developing, and assessing the viability of a team strategy, roadmap, and outcomes
  • Creates alignment across teams, their collaborators – getting agreement on the team strategy & roadmap
  • Takes responsibility for defining the business viability of the team strategy

Insights & Outcomes

  • Is deeply customer-focused - Proactively understanding and empathising with our customers to understand their pains/gains/JTBD
  • Understands the competitive landscape, and domain, with objectivity and data to inform their prioritisation and team strategy
  • Understands their customers, objectives, and key results – and is effective in creating team metrics that drive successful customer outcomes and business impact

Design & Decomposition

  • Facilitates the collaborative discovery and synthesis of multiple inputs into clear and testable problem statements with their Agile team
  • Contributes the collaborative design & testing of solutions with UX and technical experts – working to collectively assess the feasibility, viability, usability, and value of the opportunities identified
  • Coordinate the delivery of result chunks across the team and quarter

Delivery & Execution

  • Defines and collects what we need to learn to quickly adapt to results using qual/quant
  • Defines the priorities the roadmap and strategy for the team, making trade-offs across the impact, certainty, and size to maximise the value for the business and our customers
  • Shapes the launch plan, pricing, packaging, and marketing approach with Product Marketing – collaborating with them to form and implement GTM activities
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education

  • 3+ years in a Product focused role
  • Have strong experience in product, development, or marketing role, for a digital product.
  • Tertiary qualification in technology; business; design or marketing
  • Experience in managing multiple collaborators with varying priorities.
  • Experience in applying sophisticated analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure that results meet specifications.
  • Experience in digital learning is highly desirable

  • Have a strong demonstrable understanding of digital technology and in particular SaaS.
  • Communicates with the Agile team, peers, and business stakeholders frequently and consistency - driving a shared understanding of the needs
  • Collaborates effectively within the team to create viable, valuable, and usable customer outcomes
  • Proven track record of analysis and synthesis of customer insights, driving objective prioritization decisions in pursuit of business outcomes
  • Is a proven problem solver – able to effectively lead teams, collaborators, and peers through to identifying and delivering effective and measurable solutions
  • A love of or growing interest in generating growth loops and how they can be identified, tracked and optimized.
  • Are flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn new things every day.
