Richardson is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our corporate marketing strategy by expanding overall digital presence.  Based in Philadelphia, the Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and focus on executing daily SEO and SEM tasks, including paid search campaign management and optimization, digital content strategy ideation and implementation, organic search optimization, and reporting.

In addition to their regular responsibilities, the Digital Marketing  Specialist will have the opportunity to provide important contributions to strategic projects.

 

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-motivated inidual with a strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategy and implementation. Ideally, the candidate will have a minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in web content management, paid search campaign management, writing and editing for the web, and digital marketing reporting.

Essential functions of the position:

  • Collaborate with agency partners, the Director of Digital Marketing, and the Richardson marketing team to develop and manage global SEM campaigns promoting Richardson’s brand, content and solutions.
  • Support implementation of Richardson’s global Digital Marketing Strategy by collaborating with agency partners, the Director of Digital Marketing, and the marketing team to support organic search strategy (SEO) by developing and optimizing web content.
  • Research trends in digital marketing, sales performance improvement, and B2B marketing strategy and provide insights and ideas for growth.
  • Continuously maintain and update Richardson’s website. Including, but not limited to building out new pages for weekly campaigns and product launches and publishing thought leadership and blog content.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of digital marketing performance.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with agency partners, the Director of Digital Marketing, and the marketing team to help define, manage, and improve paid search strategy.
  • Work closely with agency partners, the Director of Digital Marketing, and the marketing team to create SEM (paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing) campaigns to promote Richardson’s solutions, content, events, and general branding/awareness.
  • Ensure the deployment of successful creative testing, bidding strategies, keyword management, and program expansion such that KPIs are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance across the major search channels to improve rankings and visibility and drive demand.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and the Director of Digital Marketing to conduct keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Collaborate with digital marketing agency partners to audit the website for technical SEO performance and manage implementation of required corrective actions or changes to optimize website structure and the user experience
  • Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with organic search goals.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and the Director of Digital Marketing to monitor and evaluate web analytics and build reports to evaluate organic search performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support website related marketing technology stack improvements.
  • Create and send emails promoting weekly campaigns and thought leadership to our blog subscribers.
  • Support website user experience improvement strategy including A/B testing and reporting, and website performance.
  • Regularly update, create, and publish optimized content that meets brand standards.
  • Support and collaborate on website improvement projects.
  • Manage execution of tasks to ensure compliance with technical SEO best practices.
  • Other duties as requested by Marketing Management

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related major
  • Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in comprehensive paid search campaign management and organic search optimization (SEO)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience using AdWords, Google Analytics and Google Search Console, experience using additional Google products and Microsoft digital products is a plus
  • Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders across functional teams
  • Experience creating and presenting reports using data
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • B2B experience preferred
  • Experience publishing website content using a content management system is preferred
  • Experience using third party digital marketing tools to monitor and report on performance is a plus
  • Graphic design and video creation capabilities are not required, but are a plus
