How would you make the market excited about the latest web3 technology? How would you roll-out a global marketing campaign? How do you target B2B decision makers?   These are some of the main challenges that you will be facing as our next B2B Marketing Manager at Journee - the leading technology company at the intersection of Metaverse-As-A-Service-Platform and Creative Work.   Become a part of the Marketing team at Journee You will become a part of a creative and dynamic team with lots of different competencies and skill-sets. Together we are driving the Global B2B Marketing Strategy to expand the footprint of Journee, both geographically and within various verticals. You will be working closely with the PR, Content and Digital teams to align our approach and help us take Journee to the next global level.

< class="h3">Your responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing the global B2B marketing strategy within the target segments
  • Ownership of identifying and executing marketing initiatives that translate to direct leads in the sales funnel
  • Establish the global communications strategy to educate and shape our position as a pioneer in tech towards our customers
  • Manage all tactics derived from the B2B marketing strategy plan, and translated to campaigns including but not limited to targeted whitepapers, Newsletters, SEA/SEO, paid media, business cases, events, conferences, demo versions, webinars etc.
  • Own the data pipelines connecting the marketing initiatives to the sales funnel
  • Set-up cross-departmental processes enabling efficient communication flows
  • Continuously find new and innovative B2B marketing trends, tools and opportunities to foster Journee as the global leader in the metaverse space.

  • 3+ years work experience within Marketing
  • 2+ years work experience in the B2B Marketing field
  • Excited for new technologies and the opportunities of the metaverse
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal to interact with stakeholders in English, German is a plus 
  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing mechanisms and strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills to direct marketing budgets efficiently
  • Excellent knowledge of CDP, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
  • Experience and proficiency in lead tracking tools and management of leads through the sales cycle.
  • Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Good energy, empathy and open-mindedness, a positive “can-do” mindset
