We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Lead to join our team in Dubai or remotely. This role centers on spearheading sales growth through strategic targeting partners in the blockchain industry(e.g., wallets, custodians, CEX, etc.) and institutional clients. As a pivotal member of our team, the Sales Lead will lead efforts to expand our global market presence and drive revenue growth. In addition to these responsibilities, the Sales Lead will also be tasked with assembling and developing a high-performing sales team, whether locally in Dubai or globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share globally
  • Identify and target clients (e.g., wallets, custodians, institutions, etc.) to promote 1inch SaaS
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
  • Lead sales negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, and product development, to drive customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with client needs
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales
  • Strong network of contacts within the blockchain industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and manage a successful sales team
  • Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain technology is a plus
