What is the primary goal of this website redesign?
- We need to update our portfolio, content, culture, services, and capabilities. The current site (www.pacific.co) is outdated and no longer reflects our current approach, services, philosophy, technology, work, etc.
Describe your business and industry:
We are a growth marketing agency that has built a technology helping us ensure brands are discovered where it matters, and matter when discovered, delivering irrefutable growth.
- Wow, that's boring... Let’s try that again…,this time without the suit and tie: instead, let’s call it a 'get-shit-done’ engine that helps us put brands where eyeballs matter, makes ‘em unforgettable, and best of all: makes ‘em more $$$ than anyone else can. There, that's better!
Who are your primary competitors?
What is the main message or value proposition you want to convey through the redesign?
Search plays no favorites. Until we show up. Then your profits play favorites too.
Not just on Google (though we own that too), but anywhere your future customers are searching – from YouTube, Amazon, Pinterest, Reddit, Voice, AI chatbots - If there's a search bar, we're making sure you're showing up. And showing off.
FRAMEWORK + AI MACHINE = STATISTICALLY SIGNIFICANT
Physics said it couldn't be done. Meet Brand Discovery Optimization, BDO – a framework made scalable, replicable, and ruthlessly effective by ZISSOU, our proprietary AI platform.
13 years of data. 25 industries conquered. 20+ languages supported.
Who We Serve:
Mid-market powerhouses:
100-999 employees
$50 million to $1 billion in revenue
Hungry for growth, armed with resources
Enterprise giants:
1,000+ employees
$1 billion+ in revenue
Complex challenges, massive potential
We're not confined by borders. While our roots are in the U.S., our expertise is global. We've battled in markets worldwide, and we bring that hard-won knowledge to every client, regardless of their home base.
Our Target Personas: Senior Marketing Executives
- We speak directly to the decision-makers. Directors, VPs, C-suite - these are our people. They understand the stakes, they control the resources, and they have the vision to appreciate what we bring to the table.
What are the primary actions you want visitors to take on your site?
- Schedule a discovery call (via Hubspot)
What are the main issues with your current website?
Besides sucking due to old age, it was developed in WordPress and the page templates are extremely difficult to update. We need to migrate it to Wix (current subscribed platform). The color palette and the visual elements are obsolete. The content is out of date. There are many office photos, but we no longer have an office. Some case studies are too old (+10 years), our blogs are not ranking at all.
Plus we have a subdomain which speaks to our technology (zissou.pacific.co) that we are looking to migrate over to the main site and have the two "entities" be unified in style and tone.
Would you want to keep your current website structure?
- Nope
Do we already have a new sitemap?
- Yup
Are there any websites you admire?
Do you have existing brand guidelines to follow?
- Yes(ish) but certainly VERY open minded to new standards/ideas
Do have any visual assets available? (Logos, images, videos)
- Yes.
Do you have any technical requirements or constraints? (Hosting, CMS preferences, etc.)
- The site needs to be developed on Wix, but we are looking for a designer first and foremost. But we are open to working with teams that can do both design and deployment.
We are just going to say it: Brazilians are preferred! :)
Budget?
- TBD, but we know it won't be cheap - let's talk

Why Now
At Structured, we’re redefining how developers build and deploy data apps by consolidating the entire analytics stack into code. While AI tools like Copilot have made writing code faster, deploying production-grade data-intensive apps is still fragmented and inefficient. Trends like local-first development and in-process data querying are changing how modern apps are built—faster iteration, lower latency, and simpler infrastructure. Structured builds on these shifts with a lightweight SDK that lets developers prototype, deploy, and manage data applications (dashboards, internal tools) in hours instead of weeks.
We’re building the tool developers reach for first when working with data, but great software isn’t just about function—it’s about experience. That’s where you come in.
Why You
This isn’t a “make it pretty” design role. As our first designer, you’ll shape the core UX, visual identity, and overall experience of Structured. You’ll work directly with the founders to define how developers interact with our platform—from the tiniest UI details to the broad user journey.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
* Ambitious – You want to own a piece of something big and be a key part of shaping a new category.
* Scrappy – You move fast, test ideas quickly, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty with design, prototyping, and front-end implementation.* Product-Obsessed – You care deeply about the developer experience and believe that great tools should feel effortless to use. What You’ll Build
As the first designer at Structured, you’ll define how developers interact with our platform. Your work will be instrumental in making Structured intuitive, powerful, and delightful to use. Some things you’ll focus on:
* Define Our Visual Identity – Shape the look, feel, and personality of Structured, from the core product UI to marketing and brand design.
* Design Developer-First Interfaces – Create a seamless experience for developers working with Structured’s SDK. Think code meets UI, with a focus on clarity, speed, and usability.* Build Interactive Components – Design a library of snappy, beautiful UI components (think dashboards, tables, charts) that make building data apps feel effortless.* Prototype & Iterate Fast – Work closely with engineers to quickly test, refine, and ship high-impact designs. Why Us
* Team of Experts – Join a small team of highly-skilled ex-Meta engineers building the tool developers love.
* Well-Funded – We’re backed by YC, General Catalyst, and top-tier investors who believe in our vision.* Real Ownership – As an early team member, you’ll have significant equity and the chance to shape the company from day one.The Ask
If this sounds exciting, please apply with your portfolio, a quick intro, and anything else you think we should see.

Goody is hiring a Product Designer with an excellent visual eye and is motivated by building delightful products.
Remote (US & Canada only)
Salary range: $120K – $160K + stock
Goody is a gifting platform that makes personal and professional gifting easy — you don’t need an address, and you don’t need to worry if your recipient prefers something else, since they can swap their gift. We also offer an API to plug in gifting and commerce to any app.
We help people celebrate milestones, recognize achievements, close deals, and make clients feel valued through thoughtful gifts that make people’s days. Founded 5 years ago, our product is used by Google, Stripe, Meta, Anthropic, Notion, NBCUniversal, DHL, and others.
Despite being something everyone does, gifting is one of the areas of commerce yet to be disrupted, and our mission is to capture that market opportunity and spread joy and positivity.
And with Goody being co-founded by a designer, we view design as absolutely central to our mission.
For designers who love to craft experiences: You’ll be working on a product where the goal is delight.
Gifting is meant to be experiential. We have a lot of fun crafting the experience to be fun, and we consider how each screen impacts the emotional experience, such as our gift unwrap experience which has a neat (and customizable) animation designed to immerse the recipient.
We worked with XYZ Type to tailor our own typeface (this one!) when we couldn’t find one off the shelf that conveyed our vibe.
And we have big ambitions for how to make the experience even better and more fun (for which we could use your ideas and taste!)
For designers who love ownership and impact: You’ll have deep ownership over projects that impact the success of our company.
You’d work directly with me (Mark), the co-founder, CTO, and Head of Product, to build our key projects, and we’ll bounce ideas between and challenge each other, which will ultimately lead to the best work.
And as you might expect in a tight-knit startup, you’ll be responsible for full features and will heavily impact our users’ experience of our product, and ultimately the success of the company.
For designers with business sense: You’ll have an opportunity to design the product that wins this market.
Gifting is one of the areas of commerce yet to be revolutionized. We are in an excellent position to win this market, in part because Goody is the design leader in the gifting space, offering the best UI/UX for business gifting.
History has shown that companies with the best design and taste tend to win, if coupled with good execution.
If you related with all three of these, that’s a good sign. We are looking for a designer with the combination of deep sense of craft and obsessiveness over quality, who thrive with ownership and responsibility, and who have excellent business sense.
What you’ll do
Design user interfaces and experiences for Goody’s responsive web application, including the sender experience (ecommerce and SaaS) and recipient gift experience
Since product and design are inextricably interlinked, collaborate with product to evolve product direction based on findings in the design process
Understand user needs through feedback, testing, research, and gathering information from users and stakeholders
Evolve Goody’s design language to changing needs and new feature development
Explore ways to integrate AI/ML in non-BS, actually useful ways
Who you are
3+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing fresh, creative work for web and mobile
Top 5% visual talent, with both a good eye and the skills to execute
Experienced in the main gameplay loop of design, namely exploring the option space and iterating until something hits. You should be used to doing that and creating new avenues to explore and iterate, to ultimately arrive at the most harmonious design
Growth mindset and an ability to take constructive feedback and thrive in a no-ego culture
Familiarity with ecommerce is a plus
What we offer
Fully remote company with opportunities to meet in person, such as regional meetups and our annual company offsite. This position is open to iniduals in the US or Canada.
Base salary range of $120K–160K USD plus stock options
We offer benefits and perks to our employees including but not limited to: comprehensive medical plans, including vision and dental, flexible PTO, paid family leave, education and wellness stipends, and (of course!) lots of gifts.

Translate business objectives into creative digital experiences that engage and convert visitors.
What we offer
We provide the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever suits you best. While the role is structured as contractor-based, it offers the stability of a full-time position with a competitive compensation package. This structure means that traditional employment benefits such as healthcare or pension contributions are not included; however, the compensation reflects this and is designed to provide you with the flexibility to allocate resources according to your personal needs and priorities.
Our approach balances flexibility with structure. You’ll have some freedom in managing your schedule, but we prioritize effective collaboration and clear communication, which is why we expect team members to work primarily during standard European business hours. This ensures you stay connected with our team and contribute to a smooth workflow.
To help you thrive, we’ll equip you with top-tier tools and a setup tailored to your needs, ensuring you have everything required to excel in your role and make a meaningful impact.

We’re looking for a quick and scrappy designer/hacker.
We are not looking for someone to agonize over wireframes and personas for weeks on end. Design at Unriddle is lightning fast. We typically take large features from idea to high-fidelity design in days, not weeks or months.
What you’ll be doing:
* Talk to users, translate these conversations into features, improvements and fixes, repeat.
* Lead end-to-end product design projects and work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.* Optimize existing flows to move metrics in the direction we want them to move, e.g. tweaking onboarding flows to increase conversion, or redesigning cancel flows to reduce churn. You’re likely a good fit if you:
* Live and breath pixels with excellent taste for well-crafted interaction design and UI details.
* Are excited by the idea of quantifiably measuring the impact of your design work - e.g. how new features affected user retention.* Have worked in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally another startup) and can drive things forward with relatively little oversight. We’re based in San Francisco but have members of the team in Europe too. We offer premium healthcare (medical, dental, etc.), flexible working hours and office space with a beautiful view of the SF marina and Golden Gate bridge.
To apply, reach out with a couple of sentences about you, links to your previous work and what you want to do for us starting next week.
