After an extremely successful couple of years, we are looking to add a senior product manager to our growing team as we continue to invest in our product platform. We have earned great reviews thanks to our phenomenal and growing technical team and we need a senior product manager to help us continue driving that success.

This position will report to our VP of Product & Design who will empower you to keep up our success of identifying customer needs and effectively executing delivery of a product that surpasses their expectations.

In this role, and unique to this position at Acquire, you will:

  • Own and drive various parts of our product strategy, focusing on both the consumer and agent experience
  • Raise the bar on our customer experience by working closely with UX design and engineering teams to define and build better experiences
  • Define, monitor, and analyze metrics to guide product development and product launches
  • Deeply understand the jobs-to-be-done of our buyers through qualitative and quantitative research, and champion their needs within our business
  • Prioritize requirements from stakeholders based on business and customer impact and long term strategic vision

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience with growing responsibility, including experience in a high growth at a B2B and/or B2C SaaS company
  • A technical undergraduate degree, in CS, engineering, or similar; or equivalent experience
  • A passion for solving customer and business needs related to customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
  • Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence to e in and learn new solutions and processes without a lot of assistance
  • A passion for solving complex customer and business problems, along with a desire to e in deep with cross-functional partners in engineering, design, and marketing
