We’re looking to hire a Marketing Lead with expertise in Blockchain marketing and growth strategy to expand our Marketing and Communications team.
Our stack is Ethereum-like, so familiarity with – and passion for – the space is key.

About You
We are looking for a Marketing Lead with in-depth knowledge of Layer 1 protocols and DeFi communities and how they are marketed. Almost 100% of the work you will be doing is for the Autonity Project, rather then Clearmatics itself.

You have a wide range of experience in all aspects of marketing alongside an excellent understanding of go-to-market strategies for a blockchain and/or DeFi project. As an expert growth strategist, you know how to grow highly specialised and technical communities and audiences. Responsibilities
- Lead all marketing initiatives, taking responsibility for Autonity’s growth and visibility
- Develop, implement, and lead successful and innovative go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Develop methods for data-driven decision-making; set growth metrics for campaigns, engagement and events, and communicate effectively about the analytical insight
- Oversee and lead the growth, management, and content strategy of Autonity’s social media and community (X, Medium, Discord, Linkedin and Telegram), promoting high engagement and product loyalty
