We're transforming our HR Digital & Business systems to modernise our suite of applications and services. We need you to help us develop a detailed programme plan considering the full project scope, all workstreams, and the key stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Working with senior clients and key stakeholders across the HR Business & Digital teams and associated departments/partners to deliver deliver to the agreed scope as per the Release timelines.
  • Taking ownership for driving delivery through and being business facing whilst building a level of respect and trust with all key Business Stakeholders.
  • Managing programme delivery, working to enable continuous delivery against roadmap. This will involve the coordination of many teams including
    the Solution Arichitecture teams, Business Teams, Engineering Teams , SI partner teams, etc
  • Managing of budgets and resources needed to deliver the programme against the vision.
  • Organising the internal digital teams to ensure timings are being hit and key meetings are in place and work is correctly prioritized and dependencies between workstreams are understood and managed in each delivery schedule such that they align.
  • Manage budgets for all streams within the programme and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives, margins and subsequent regular reporting to business and senior stakeholders
  • Providing clear financial reports and utilization of teams – integrating with resourcing and cross various teams(offshore, SI partners etc).
  • Focus on driving solutions rather than highlighting problems, working collaboratively across teams.
  • Manage programme RAID with the Business Teams, Analyze, evaluate, identify and mitigate any risks and issues, and produce program reports for management and key stakeholders

About You

We’re looking for passionate technologists who enjoy working in collaborative agile teams. You’ll need to be a clear, concise & engaging communicator with people on your team. We enjoy the big picture and the detail; we want people who excel at both.

  • Working with Corporate Unit infrastructure system stacks and operations teams, understanding the detail of how orders are progressed from bid to delivery.
  • Can-do attitude in identifying problems related to customer solutions, engaging the appropriate teams and ensuring rapid resolution/fix for future.
  • Analytically driven, able to focus on KPIs that matter and actions that will address and resolve programme activities.
  • Demonstrable communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills to Director level
  • Shown leadership and management skills by delivering projects to a successful outcome
  • Formal SAP Success Factor certification
