Leveraging machine generated and prioritized risk analysis, teams are guided to the right problems in order to stay ahead of cost overruns and schedule delays.   Backed by Insight Partners and Andreessen Horowitz and with a growing team of technologists, creatives, and industry veterans, we’re focused on helping customers realize the best outcomes on their construction projects.   As Doxel’s Senior Field Marketing Manager you will drive and execute against all customer facing activities, including large and small-scale events. You will collaborate with many internal stakeholders including but not limited to Sales reps, the Product team, Head of Demand Generation, and Content Marketing. You will be a critical part of expanding the Doxel brand and voice of the customer through field marketing activities. 

< class="h3">Responsibilities
  • Help to create and execute the field marketing plan for Doxel in North America that positions Doxel as a leader in its category.
  • Support the overall demand generation plan through all event and customer-centered activities, including, but not not limited to, events, webinars, roundtables, customer advisory boards, and more.
  • Support the Head of Demand Generation with ABM campaigns where event and customer engagement channels serve as a key element to acquiring and expanding accounts. 
  • Work closely with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to ensure messaging and positioning of Doxel in the field is aligned to with our Go-To-Market
  • Manage the Field Marketing Budget along with the associated purchasing process. Work closely with Finance.
  • Regularly report against field activities in support of overall Marketing OKRs

< class="h3">Qualifications
  • 5+ years of field marketing experience, software industry preferred
  • Able to plan out a field marketing strategy, and then utilizing internal and external resources to achieve against plan.
  • Posses excellent communications skills with the ability to interface at all levels within the organization as well as with customers.
  • Able to manage events on-site.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field
