Stratfield is searching for a Graphic Designer to join our client’s in-house creative agency team (large, national brand with award-winning creative). This role requires a versatile inidual skilled in both creative ideation and production design. The ideal candidate will have strong technical capabilities, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to deliver consistent, brand-aligned creative materials across various platforms.

This is a 6 month contract position that can be remote but is based in Atlanta. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce creative assets for digital, print, experiential, and marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and regional marketing teams to bring concepts to life.

  • Handle production tasks such as preparing files, building mechanicals, and adapting designs for multiple formats.

  • Ensure all layouts, typography, and visual components align with brand standards and quality expectations.

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including digital menus, social media content, signage, and promotional collateral.

  • Work creatively within brand guidelines while offering new and innovative ideas.

  • Effectively manage multiple projects and balance creative and production responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in a design or production-focused role, ideally in an agency or in-house environment.

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong grasp of production workflows.

  • Experience working across both creative design and technical production.

  • Ability to transition seamlessly between ideation and execution tasks, depending on project requirements.

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital and print production processes, including file preparation and mechanical builds.

  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication skills.
