You will not only lead new business opportunities, but focus on their long-term growth potential. You will build out effective onboarding practices to set the framework for campaign success and work closely with stakeholders internally to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, ideate and curate award-winning digital+social marketing campaigns for all new business opportunities. Co-manage alongside Senior Partnerships Supervisor internal & external workflows and processes for the Partnership Strategy Team and routinely audit for accuracy.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across client-facing teams to ensure campaign success and alignment

  • Lead pitches and proposals, including development and management of the new business process, ensuring best practice approaches to key opportunities, and developing best-in-class response formats.

  • Lead internal new business opportunity brainstorm efforts and meetings through the development of internal strategic briefs to synthesize opportunities to internal ideators cross-departmentally - fostering successful ideation that meets campaign goals

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in a client facing setting. This role will be responsible for presenting to high level executives and needs to be confident in guiding the client on the strategy and answering client questions.

  • Receive, review, deconstruct, and assign responsibilities for each new business opportunity to ensure the best team (including both internal and external subject matter expertise) is responding to the opportunity, increasing our ability to win each new client.

  • Gain a deep, holistic and evolving understanding of the client’s business objectives, challenges, threats and opportunities – including forward looking awareness of emerging competitive threats to propose best go-to market strategies. Guide the strategic direction in relation to our current or new clients’ brand development and marketing approach.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the clients’ audiences’ wants, needs, and behaviors across the full customer journey

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a social media strategy or marketing strategy, 3-4 years experience required

  • Excellent ideation skills

  • Experience working at a digital marketing agency

  • Social competency with demonstrated ability to function as a social platform specialist and thought-leader

  • A practitioner of your craft, you not only want to dream up a great marketing stunt, but also truly understand the backbone of what goes into it - keeping current on social network algorithm updates, trends and what's working across all social platforms

  • Passion for social media strategy and bringing a clients ideas to life

  • Google Slides Creative experience is a must

  • Excellent copywriting and grammar skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Strong eye for creative and design

  • Thorough, organized, and dependable

  • An extremely high attention to detail while working quickly and efficiently

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment with minimal oversight

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
