We are looking for driven Sales Representatives to help expand our reach and impact within the industry.

Role Overview: We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis. You will focus on selling our AI-powered reporting solutions to AEC firms. This is an exceptional opportunity for those looking to drive sales and build a lucrative career in a cutting-edge tech environment.

Responsibilities:

* Generate new business opportunities through calling inbound leads, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
* Demonstrate the value of our products through presentations and product demonstrations.
* Meet and exceed sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
* Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and market trends to help shape our product development.
* Act as a brand ambassador for InspectMind AI at all times.

Requirements:

* Willing to make a lot of phone calls to generate deals & close deals (to both outbound & inbound)

* Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent phone communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
* Comfortable with high-volume outbound & inbound calling.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is preferred but not essential.
* Open to working weekends and non-standard hours when necessary.
* Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the tech industry.
