Copilot was founded by an emergency room doctor and technology entrepreneur who were frustrated that by the time people show up in the ER for diabetes and blood pressure related issues it is often too late. So they teamed up to create Copilot, with a vision of helping keep patients out of the emergency room in the first place.

Copilot is looking for people to join our rapidly growing team that are passionate about improving patient outcomes, especially for those most isolated. Job Description:

The Account Manager is the face of Copilot. They are the first person that patients interact with, the ones that instill confidence we will deliver excellent care, and demonstrate empathy for patients who may be suffering.

This is a job for someone who loves interacting with people, has the confidence to handle rejection, the charm to build relationships quickly, and can relate to folks from a wide range of situations.

Responsibilities:

  • ● You will spend the majority of your day communicating with customers by phone. We are NOT telemarketers, we are relationship builders. We will not measure you by the number of calls you make, but by the relationships you build.
  • ● Call people who have expressed interest in our service – this role is 100% phone-based, you will be expected to make about 125 dials a day to engage with patients and transfer them to our New Patient Nurses
  • ● Leads are provided by the growth marketing team – prospecting is done for you!
  • ● Become an expert in overcoming objections from patients.
  • ● Setup appointments with our doctors and nurses to determine medical necessity and on-board patients
  • ● Meet and exceed required daily/weekly sales targets: goal is to transfer 10+ patients per day to your New Patient Nurse
  • ● Be an expert on the Copilot offering and story. Help patients understand the benefits of remote monitoring and how it can help them live healthier and longer lives.
  • ● Participate in interactive training designed to educate on product knowledge, learn our CRM system, familiarize yourself with our value proposition and make initial sales calls with support of our training team
  • ● Diligently track inbound requests (we do NO outbound telemarketing) and call to follow-up to help them become patients, and ensure their insurance coverage
  • ● Work with a passionate, fun and supportive group of Copilot co-workers

Key Skills:

  • ● Customer-Focused: You are naturally empathetic and always aim to gain the trust of patients.
  • ● Strong Communicator: You are amazing on the phone! People like you, they trust you, and the enjoy talking to you. You also have solid writing skills with good spelling and grammar.
  • ● Improvement-Oriented: This is one of the fastest growing companies you’ll find. That means new challenges and adventures will frequently come your way. This is not a place for those that like the status quo!
  • ● Organized: You are excellent at staying organized and on goal.
  • ● Detailed: We are dealing with patients lives and their health. The details matter (a lot). You need to be able to accurately document what patients tell you.
  • ● • This role is 40 hours a week, Monday- Friday. We expect our reps to be independently motivated and be able to manage their time well in a work from home environment.

Candidate Profile:

  • ● Minimum two years of customer service, inside sales or similar experience
  • ● You’re not afraid to fail and you can recover quickly from difficult objections- rejection doesn’t get to you
  • ● You’re an excellent listener and you can communicate extremely clearly & concisely both verbally and in written forms
  • ● Openness to growth and desire for leadership opportunities a plus
  • ● Desire to work hard and exceed goals- you’re not satisfied unless you’re the best
  • ● Must utilize all company provided equipment, including the webcam, for all team communications
  • ● Work self-directed remotely, while utilizing multiple technology platforms and communicating cross-functionally throughout the day
  • ● Hear and talk on a phone headset for up to 8 hours per day
  • ● Strong ability to adapt and possess a coachable mindset- you’ll receive frequent coaching
  • ● Have high-speed Internet connection
  • ● Four year college degree preferred
