Creative Content Manager

We’re looking for a remote Creative Content Manager to support our team. The ideal candidate will utilize data to inform creative strategy, develop successful creative content for ad campaigns and editorial articles, and test and iterate on them. They’ll own the process of content creation from strategy, to execution, to performance reporting, working closely with cross-functional teams, including paid media, creative, and data/analytics.

You should be ready to:

  • Plan, develop, and create engaging and fresh content for high-performing ad campaigns to promote and support our affiliate program; working directly on pitching article concepts, creating copy, developing imagery, and selecting “clicky” products that drive results
  • Project manage various creative deliverables and campaigns from conception to completion
  • Personally write ad copy and execute basic graphic design concepts (with possible support of outside resources)
  • Provide strategic analysis on campaign performance
  • Actively collaborate with paid media, data, and creative teams
  • Drive testing cadence for continuous improvement of creative content
  • Establish guidelines for ongoing performance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, staying on top of the latest digital ad trends, platforms, and media mix
  • Own content and testing calendar

Qualifications:

  • 2+ year of experience developing content for digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated proficiency with paid social media platforms, including Facebook/Instagram and Pinterest
  • Proficient in interpreting data using tools like Google data studios, Google Analytics, Excel, Google Sheets and data visualization tools
  • Experience creating content and copy that converts
  • Basic graphic design skills utilizing tools like Canva
