Geotab is seeking a Sales Enablement Content Specialist is a functional position responsible for ensuring Geotab’s Revenue Generating teams are equipped with the content, resources, tools, and metrics necessary to effectively differentiate and sell Geotab offerings. A key function is to augment and refine internal sales programs and initiatives. The Sales Enablement Specialist will support in the development of content and the management of sales enablement technologies, processes, best practices and training, sales skills development and program composition.If you love technology, and are keen to join an industry leader we would love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

As a Sales Enablement Content Specialist your key area of responsibility will be to facilitate access to sales content needed to move opportunities through the Sales Cycle. Support the Sales Team on buyer needs and their desired outcomes. Bridge / liaison between Sales & Marketing to support with collateral to sell more effectively. You will need to work closely with Geotab’s Product Marketing and Sales teams. To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills and have the ability to quickly understand complex, technical concepts.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • The Sales Enablement Content Specialist is responsible for the creation, delivery and management of a variety of sales enablement collateral.
  • Auditing and updating existing content aligned to our sales motion/method.
  • Bridging the messaging gap between sales and marketing – providing support in sales motion and message for every interaction
  • Kicking off more pointed, engaging content for sales with a Blog/Tips and Tricks/Sales Trends, driving a true Sales Enablement content engine. Manage the content of our sales enablement technologies, tools and systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Support reporting and analytics gathering.
  • Prepare training, presentation and written communications with a focus on sales motion and methodology.
  • Ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating erse activities and groups within a team environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks within the Sales Operations department to ensure practice and procedure adherence.
  • Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.
  • Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.
  • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
  • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
  • Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.

  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups.

What you’ll bring to this role:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales enablement or a similar role working with and organizing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working within a technical or engineering organization/knowledge of the high-technology industry is an asset.
  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment.
  • High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve to well-judged decisions.
  • A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.
  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma Specialization in Business, Communications or a related field.
