Job Overview
SCRIB3 is seeking an intellectually curious, passionate, and thoughtful Community Manager to join our agency on a contract-to-hire basis. SCRIB3’s Community Management team specializes in delivering dynamic community programs (primarily on Discord and Telegram) to clients in the crypto industry. This role is likely fit for someone with 1+ years of experience managing online communities across Discord and/or Telegram.
Responsibilities

About the Role:
Fieldguide is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, planning and execution of tradeshows and field events. You have a wide range of experience in all aspects of marketing alongside an excellent understanding of go-to-market strategies for a blockchain and/or DeFi project. As an expert growth strategist, you know how to grow highly specialised and technical communities and audiences. You are passionate about Blockchain and Financial Technology and have a proven track record in a regulated sector and startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead all marketing initiatives, taking responsibility for Autonity’s growth and visibility
- Develop, implement, and lead successful and innovative go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Develop methods for data-driven decision-making; set growth metrics for campaigns, engagement and events, and communicate effectively about the analytical insight
