Overview of the role

We are passionate about developing our sales leaders and we want you on this team if you are looking to continually grow as a sales leader yourself.

As a Sales Manager, you'll recruit, hire, and continually develop highly driven and enthusiastic team members. You will be a critical role for the growth of our Fitness Studio vertical and will deliver on ambitious new sales targets for the team. You will be part of a growing sales engine that looks to rapidly increase our share of the market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive day to day execution across your team to help them achieve their inidual targets
  • Lead the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales team quotas
  • Hire, coach and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
  • Deliver accurate and timely forecasts of your team’s pipeline on a weekly basis
  • Proactively identify opportunity risks in the pipeline and address them with urgency
  • Coach and mentor your team on our sales process & methodology
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the sales process to your team
  • Ensure Salesforce data is up to date and reliable across your team
  • Collaborate with your peers and cross functional leaders to identify and remedy gaps in our sales content, training, and process
  • Build trust with sales team members and advocate for their success
  • Hold sales team members accountable for their mindset, actions, and results that are in line with company expectations
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity
  • The average base salary pay range for this position is $125,000 to $175,000
  • Position is eligible for commission

< class="h3">Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales management experience 
  • 3+ years of full sales cycle experience
  • Consistent track record of 100%+ team quota achievement as a sales leader
  • Experience developing raw talent into high producing sellers
  • Experience with high velocity sales cycles
  • Experience managing and improving sales KPIs
  • Experience with salesforce and sales cadencing tool
  • Experience in the Fitness and Wellbeing / Studio and Gym industry a nice to have
