Pursuant s GivingDNA Client Success Manager will serve as their clients primary strategic and support partner, enabling them to effectively use the GivingDNA platform as well as delivering key insights through GivingDNA that will support client marketing and fundraising objectives. Client Success Managers must possess a curious disposition and desire to innovate in support of their clients goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Partnership

  • Responsible for retaining and upgrading a portfolio of GivingDNA accounts
  • Establish, maintain, and deepen relationships with your assigned accounts
  • Focus on making GivingDNA an indispensable solution for clients; a resource that helps them meet and exceed fundraising/marketing goals and objectives
  • Actively works to fully understand the client s fundraising and marketing goals, objectives, and growth areas
  • Foster client interest and a desire to explore GivingDNA
  • Identify opportunities on GivingDNA that clients can take action on
  • Lead highly productive meetings with the client
  • Provide high-level technical and product support

Inside Pursuant

  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships between all Pursuant departments
  • Communicates and collaborates with others on the Success team
  • Participates in development of monthly user community webinars
  • Periodically posts blogs relevant to fundraising and GivingDNA
  • Contributes to the development of quality, innovative, and creative ideas
  • Demonstrates a passion for and knowledge of the industry
  • Possesses a desire to learn fundraising strategy and best practices

Skills:

  • Experience in developing fundraising and/or direct marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication written/verbal, organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, has interpersonal skills, collaborative, flexible does what it takes to get the job done, strong work ethic, exceptional project management, excellent judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical skills likes learning new software and technologies,

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of two years of account management (agency, direct response marketing, nonprofit SaaS, or non-profit experience is preferred) or nonprofit software success management

Location: This position is available as a fully remote position.
