First and foremost, we're looking for someone who wants to take an early-stage company to greatness. Our products gather and analyze data to produce automation and optimization results for our clients. Of our product suite, we are currently seeking a teammate passionate about processes to take ownership of VisionX, a scan-to-automation solution powered by data science. A Janus Product Owner creates effective operational processes, delivers high quality business systems, and manages efforts prioritization of tactical items on these strategic roadmaps. This person constantly thinks through the processes and identifies process optimization opportunities for products that ingest and scan large volumes of documents and data. Executes the product strategy and ensure an efficient and error-free experience for our clients. Successful candidates will enjoy solving problems, be curious and collaborative, and are eager to learn new things.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the performance and growth of the Agile team
  • Represent the team to external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of progress
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and redesign
  • Partner with teams to build, prioritize and define workflows and requirements
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies
  • Perform competitive analysis and market research
  • Create and maintain a near-term and long-term product roadmap

Requirements

  • 3-5 years as a Product Owner or similar role
  • Experience in revenue cycle is preferred
  • Experience directing the efforts of developers as a project manager or product owner in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/SCRUM project management concepts
  • Experience with Epic and Atlassian
  • Certification in Epic (PB/HB, Claims, or Access) is preferred
  • Ability to identify what raw data should be tagged from contributing systems and how to drive the work towards creating dashboards and reports
  • Hands-on experience in leading process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree
