About the role
Are you ready to e into the exciting world of cryptocurrencies and blockchain? We are a rapidly growing cryptocurrency exchange on the lookout for a talented and ambitious lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. If you’re a law graduate with a passion for crypto, we’d love to hear from you!
Your daily tasks:
- Drafting commissioned contracts, corporate documents, legal opinions, regulations, and other documents;
- Giving legal opinions on contracts, regulations, resolutions, and other documents;
- Drafting letters in response to correspondence;
- Participating in contract negotiations with contractors;
- Providing legal supervision of internal projects.;
- Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and regulatory requirements;
- Managing the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights;
- Collaborating with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to financial regulations and laws in all operational territories.
Requirements:
- Completed law degree;
- Knowledge of law in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology;
- Professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus;
- Ability to work both in a team and independently;
- Good command of English and Polish - minimum C1 (both spoken and written);
- Commitment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
