A Data Analyst at Logical Media Group will be responsible for various digital marketing analytics activities, primarily focused on analyzing performance, online traffic and overall data-based optimizations and strategy improvements for our clients.

Requirements

  • Identifying Optimizations: Monitor all data from various campaign platforms and websites to gather insights and create strategic initiatives to increase success for client goals and KPIs.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Aid in setup and maintenance of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tracking as well as another relevant tools such as GA4, Power BI, and Helium10 depending on the channel. Anticipate data needs and develop reporting procedures accordingly.
  • Technology and Training: Assess gaps in reporting and implement process, procedure, technology, and training to ensure improvements are continuously being pursued in order to uplevel service offerings.
  • Campaign and Technical Site Health: Regularly assess and monitor the technical health of campaigns, client sites, communicate findings to the client, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Reporting: Outline key insights and takeaways from reports. Effectively articulate results of recommended optimizations and initiatives and formulate next steps accordingly (whether positive or negative). Participate in client meetings if necessary to communicate insights and recommendations. Collaborate cross functionally to streamline reporting offerings and customize approaches based on client needs.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of data analytics processes and technology across multiple channel platforms of digital marketing including Paid Search and Social, SEO, Email Marketing, Marketplace, Web Development, etc.
  • Familiarity with data processing
  • Proficiency with data analytical tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Helium 10, Power BI, GA4, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Experience implementing CRM integrations such as HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, Active Campaigns, etc.
  • Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics
