We are looking for Equitybee’s first-ever Head of Global Brand Marketing to lead our branding efforts and help position Equitybee as a category leader across the US and Israel, for both our startup employee and investor target audiences.

As a brand leader, you will work cross-functionally to develop and execute the brand vision, messaging, and positioning across all channels, defining Equitybee’s principles, voice and value propositions. You will work closely with our VP Marketing and other company leaders to advance the brand, grow the community, and build a creative team of talents to establish the company as the next major consumer fintech brand in the US.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside our VP of Marketing and leadership team as our key brand evangelist and strategist.
  • Build and scale a creative team dedicated to taking us from a challenger brand to a north star brand.
  • Define the brand principles, positioning and voice to communicate Equitybee’s value.
  • Drive creative strategy and vision to push our brand and performance marketing forward, drawing on insights to shape strategy and lead execution.
  • Lead the team in testing and optimizing content and creativity to maximize results.
  • Track key metrics and partner closely with performance marketing to ensure your team is accomplishing business objectives.
  • Drive regular, global lifecycle annual plans and business reviews with stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product.
  • Position Equitybee’s brand to drive meaningful consumer outcomes that deliver against our brand, product, and customer objectives, driving preference for our brands while increasing partner and consumer demand.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive the ongoing expansion of our brands in a brand planning process, including managing tradeoffs, roadmaps and requirements, and ongoing implementation.
  • Drive insights-driven approach to understanding erse B2C audiences to intentionally grow share of wallet, share of attention and share of voice in each of the categories and regions in which the Equitybee brand competes.
  • Data and analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) of our brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, marketing, or the sciences.
    10+ years relevant marketing and brand building experience in the B2C tech industry with high performance and demonstrated results.
  • 5+ years leading marketing teams including setting strategic direction, integrating regional priorities, and coaching and developing talent.
  • Extensive expertise in brand strategy, advertising and creative development supporting all marketing channels, including digital and broadcast media, web, lifecycle marketing and social media.
  • Experience leading both in-house creative teams and external agencies.
  • Experience with global brands or branding in multiple segments within a market
  • Proven project management skills, including: research, planning, implementation, execution, management & reporting.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills and comfortable presenting at senior level and to large external audiences.
  • Experience building compelling narratives for internal strategic plans as well as brand storytelling to customers.
  • Success in a highly collaborative, agile, fast-paced, high-growth environment - A “quick wins” thinker (proven track record of generating impact with low efforts).
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to mine data for insights and generate business impact.
  • Able to be a unifier who helps evangelize brand across the organization.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, marketing, or the sciences.
