If you have any questions on this policy, we will connect you with the appropriate People Ops team member for answers as we engage in the interview process.   About the Role   The Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of brands in a distinct culinary category. Your role is incredibly collaborative and entirely cross-functional as you will work with Culinary, Research, Consumer Marketing, Sales, and Creative to develop best-in-class virtual restaurant brands. Your responsibilities include revenue management for existing Virtual Restaurant brands, as well as new concept generation, testing, and commercialization. You will also drive the development of brand marketplace activation and post-launch evaluation. You will be expected to become an expert in all things Virtual Restaurant related, including culinary trends, restaurant delivery trends and KPI’s, advertising and marketing practices, delivery platforms, and consumer dining preferences and behavior.   Current allowable states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, ND, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI  

< class="h3">The impact you will have:
  • Spearhead brand innovation opportunities for category growth by guiding the culinary concepts pipeline
  • Create, optimize and refine brands, in collaboration with Culinary  and Operations, to ensure partners can consistently deliver top-rated food with gold standard operational metrics
  • Integrate relevant celebrity, CPG or licensing partners in brand development and marketing initiatives
  • Engage with B2B and Sales teams to develop marketing materials and fulfillment partner targets to support the acquisition of restaurant partners to drive revenue targets.
  • Build inspirational brand campaigns and marketing programs and promotional strategies with Creative Services and Consumer Marketing partners with clear objectives and strategies to drive revenue
  • Ensure brand projects are delivered on time through constant collaboration, communication, and project management with cross-functional partners – research, creative, culinary R&D, sales and marketing.
  • Support delivery of formal category reviews as well as leading ongoing business analyses, tracking and evaluating KPIs to build key learnings
  • Develop and share best practices and successful marketing and culinary execution examples such that others can adopt and replicate in their categories
  • Stay up to date on your category trends and competitive product launches and marketing

< class="h3">What you bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing and business; MBA a plus
  • 4+ year’s experience, in a combination of roles within hospitality organizations, CPG brand management, or creative agency environments
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with regular opportunities to present to key internal stakeholders 
  • Experience with innovation processes
  • Able to successfully influence others through passion, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency
  • Ambitious, results-oriented mindset with a track record of taking decisive action to get things done
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable under pressure
  • Strategic thinker and experienced with data analysis and consumer insights
  • Generates and encourages creative ideas that drive high consumer engagement
  • Develops strategic plans informed by rich data, compelling insights, consumer research, and market analyses.
  • Fiercely collaborative and comfortable leading a cross-functional team towards a shared goal.
