We are looking remote Inside Sales Consultant to join our growing team! The Inside Sales Consultant is a natural-born closer who lives for the thrill of the hunt and enjoys the financial freedom that comes with a successful sales career. Our next Inside Sales Consultant is a people magnet and uses their gift of persuasion to optimize their network and meet their financial and career goals. You will be given hundreds of warm leads that funnel through multiple marketing channels monthly. That said, a high sales performer will not sit around waiting for the phone to ring or inbox to ding, they need to have a high sense of urgency while prioritizing opportunities and juggling dozens of touchpoints at once. Follow-through will be key.

You'll spend most of your time on the phone having honest conversations with customers regarding their health and wellness goals and discussions about our patented, industry leading infrared saunas. Regardless of your level of sales experience, we want your fire to already be lit and we are here to help it burn brighter. Much of our staff had little sales experience when they started. We have a culture of winning and winning the right way. We hold a high standard but so is our earning potential - with over 50% of our fully-ramped sales staff making a comfortable 6-figures. Average Annual Compensation is 60,000 - 120,000/year.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • At least 1 year of Salesforce experience

 

Expectations

  • Successful completion of our sales training program
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills such as email, Microsoft Office 365, and typing
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Regularly required to talk and hear using a headset
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
