As our new Head of Growth Marketing, together with your team, you’ll figure out how to build win-win relationships with new and existing partners, grow our user base, and spread the word that Fretello is here.

 

Your playground:

  • Leading and building up a high-performing team through coaching and leading by example
  • Cultivating positive and trusted relationships with our partners in order to maximize potential, uncover new opportunities, and secure long-term relationships
  • Fostering a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth
  • Shaping and implementing a short and long-term marketing strategy in line with overall business objectives, striking a balance between quick wins and long-term strategic brand-building activities
  • Co-creating and executing strategic initiatives across various marketing and business development functions
  • Making data-driven decisions whilst continuously measuring marketing effectiveness
  • Ensuring we tell a coherent story across all touch-points and become the gatekeeper of our brand
  • Promoting cross-team collaboration and a common understanding across the business

 

What to bring along:

  • 5 years of working experience in growth marketing, ideally for a subscription-based product with a solid track record of success, as well as a first experience in a people-leading role
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management with external stakeholders or partnerships for key accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a sense of accomplishment when developing and inspiring your team
  • Holistic understanding and experience across various marketing channels such as social media, managing demand generation, ASO/SEO, performance marketing, and the customer acquisition funnel
  • Good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools, Web Analytics Tools, Email Marketing software, and ad platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook
  • Profound knowledge in experimentation and dealing with numerical data
  • An analytical, empathetic, “how can we make it happen” mindset
  • Excitement about our social impact and seeing the difference we can make in the world
  • A passion for a remote-first, fast-paced, and at times unpredictable environment
  • Be based within 3 hours of CET

Our salary range starts at an annual compensation of EUR 55.000 and goes up to a maximum of EUR 65.000 for the ideal candidate. Your actual offer within this range will depend on your skills and experience.
